Six ways to train
Whatever today looks like, it's in here.
Most people juggle a lifting log, a running app, a yoga app and a food tracker. Rep Labs is all four, built on one engine.
Gym strength
Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Arnold, Full Body or your own split, with every set planned from your history.
At home
Bodyweight and minimal-kit programming on the same engine as the gym plans.
Cardio
Couch to 5K through marathon and 100-mile plans, paced off your fitness, with GPS and a voice coach over your music.
Athletic
Power, speed and agility days, Olympic lifts and station circuits.
Yoga
Guided flows built for the time you have, with breath cues, programs and a weekly goal.
Pilates
16 mat and wall classes and four programs from 125 exercises, with a voice coach that counts your reps.
One plan
Everything talks to everything.
Separate apps can't see each other. In Rep Labs, your lifting, running, yoga, Pilates and food share one plan.
Food follows training
Your calories and macros move with the day's training, so a heavy leg day eats differently from a rest day.
Hard days get recovery
On your hardest training days, the plan adds recovery yoga to help you bounce back.
No clashing days
You'll never be handed an intense run and a leg day on the same day.
Know when to push
A readiness score each morning from your training load, sleep and HRV.
Built like a coach
Not a template.
A plan that learns you.
Every number in a Rep Labs workout comes from what you actually did, and changes the moment you do something different.
A coach that adapts
Reps and weight from your history and real strength standards, first-session calibration, mid-workout corrections, plateau detection and smart deloads.
Apple Watch and Lock Screen
Log sets from your wrist, keep the rest timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and check today's workout from a widget.
Apple Health, both ways
Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate feed your readiness. Every workout goes back to Health, and workouts from Garmin, WHOOP, Oura or Strava count too. Health data stays on your phone.
Snap a plate, see the macros
Point the camera at your food for calories, protein, carbs and fat. Barcode and label scanning, a full food database and water tracking too.
Know what's recovered
A body map with every muscle ranked from Novice to Super Soldier, recovery windows per muscle, and an AI physique scan that's analyzed once and never stored.
Never train alone
Invite a friend into today's workout and watch each other's sets land live. Post sessions friends can copy in one tap, and settle it in a challenge.

- Forgot to hit Finish? Saved. An unfinished workout now saves itself.
- A calendar that keeps up. Skip a day and the plan moves with you, and you can start today's lift from the calendar.
- A cleaner Home and workout page. Your day at a glance, then your plan, your kit and one big Start button.
- No leg press? Swap it. Turn off equipment you don't have, right from the plan.
- How-to on the warm-up. See how an exercise is done before your first set.
- Pilates counts that make sense. No countdown before reps, and the count picks up on the rep you're on.
- Friends, from your workout. Invite or add friends without leaving the session.

Is Rep Labs free?

What kinds of training does it cover?
Six: gym strength, home workouts, cardio (from couch to 5K up to 100-mile plans), athletic training, yoga and Pilates, plus food tracking with AI photo scans.
