What's new in Rep Labs.
Most of what's here started as a message from someone training with Rep Labs. Newest first.

You asked. We listened.
- Timers for planks and wall sits. A 3, 2, 1, go countdown, and the set logs itself at zero.
- Forgot to hit Finish? Saved. An unfinished workout now saves itself.
- A calendar that keeps up. Skip a day and the plan moves with you, and you can start today's lift from the calendar.
- A cleaner Home and workout page. Your day at a glance, then your plan, your kit and one big Start button.
- No leg press? Swap it. Turn off equipment you don't have, right from the plan.
- How-to on the warm-up. See how an exercise is done before your first set.
- Pilates counts that make sense. No countdown before reps, and the count picks up on the rep you're on.
- Friends, from your workout. Invite or add friends without leaving the session.
- Ultra plans. 50K, 50 miles, 100K and 100 miles, with back-to-back long runs.
- Runs from Apple Health. Add a run recorded by another app as the session you planned.
- Free GPS runs. Track an outdoor run without a subscription.
- Fuel and drink reminders, and spoken splits while you run.
- A new app icon. The glowing R.
- Pilates. 16 mat and wall classes and four programs from 125 exercises, with a voice coach that counts your reps.
- The Apple Watch app. Log sets, run the rest timer and record heart rate from your wrist.
- Lock Screen and widgets. The rest timer and cardio intervals as Live Activities, and Home Screen widgets for today's workout, your week and water.
- Apple Health. Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate feed your readiness score, and finished workouts are written to Health.
- Cardio and yoga, rebuilt. Guided, segment-by-segment cardio with GPS outdoors, and a new yoga player with breath cues, programs and a weekly goal.
- Rep Labs on the App Store. Free on iPhone.
