FAQ
Pilates questions.
Do I need a reformer?
No. Every Rep Labs Pilates class is a mat or wall class, so all you need is a mat and a clear stretch of wall.
Is there a wall Pilates challenge?
Yes. 28-Day Wall Pilates is four weeks at the wall, five short classes a week: foundations and stretching first, plank and balance work from week two, and the full twenty-minute class from week three.
Is Pilates good for beginners?
Rep Labs starts beginners with 7 Days of Mat Foundations, and the voice coach counts your reps so you can watch your form instead of the screen.
